I've spent most of my career in building materials, distribution and construction, leading teams, managing P&Ls, improving operations and helping businesses grow. Today, I'm also focused on how emerging technology and AI can help these businesses perform and scale.

I'm at my best when a business is at an operating inflection point: the opportunity is real, but the organization, systems, leadership or execution need to catch up.
Most businesses have opportunities to improve. The challenge is knowing where to focus first and which adjustments or changes will have the greatest impact. I bring an objective, practical perspective to understanding what is working well, where opportunities exist, and where leadership can collaborate and focus next, then help turn vision and those priorities into disciplined execution.

Led a significant Midwest multi-location distribution business, with responsibility for a $50M+ operation and its growth, profitability, customer service and operational execution. I also played a broader leadership role in the organization’s acquisition-driven growth and operational transformation.
✓ Reimagined How Distribution Reaches the Market
Co-founded and scaled a modified e-commerce distribution business serving all channels in the construction market, developing a business and go-to-market strategy designed to serve the full market, from consumers and contractors to specifiers, designers and distributors. Built the operating, technology to include ERP framework to build business intelligence, supply chain and commercial infrastructure from the ground up, reaching $5M+ in revenue within 24 months and profitability within the first year.
✓ Growth & Commercial Leadership
Built scalable go-to-market strategies that created significant new business for an HVAC manufacturer and developed a KPI-driven sales and marketing platform at an electrical OEM and open market manufacturer. Built the commercial capabilities, structure and accountability needed to support sustained growth.
✓ P&L & Market Leadership
Led a significant Midwest regional business spanning roofing, insulation and industrial foam markets, with responsibility for growth and profitability across multiple businesses and manufacturing plants. The result was a 2% net market-share gain while simultaneously improving overall gross margins and strengthening distribution market partners.
What’s Next
I’m less focused on title and more focused on where I can bring the greatest value. I’ve been fortunate to work with great people, build and grow businesses, lead through change, and learn a great deal along the way.
I’m looking for the opportunity to bring those experiences together, helping a business grow profitably, strengthening its operations, developing leaders, and creating an environment where people can do their best work. I believe the best measure of leadership is not simply the results we deliver, but the people and capabilities we develop along the way.
For me, what’s next is about finding the right organization, the right people, shared values, delivering on ownership vision, and very simply the opportunity to make a meaningful, lasting contribution.
